USING THE MOBILE APP

Team Managers will use the Crossbar Mobile App to communicate with team families either by the Team Chat or by email. Team Managers can also add team activities such as games, tournaments, or other events to the calendar with the Mobile App as well as monitor player availability for those events.

Team Managers should note that regularly scheduled practice times during the season at Bird Ice Arena will be added to the calendar by the Board of Directors. Also, the Rink & Referee Scheduler will inform each Team Manager and Coach of the available ice slots for each team at Bird Ice Arena. Team Managers and Coaches may not schedule games at Bird Ice Arena without prior approval by the Rink & Referee Scheduler to ensure there are no double-bookings with other AYHA teams or Ohio University events.
